New Account and/or User Request

          • Please include the following information in your request to avoid delays:  
              • District (if applicable)
              • School Name
              • If your school or district is new to CPM, please also include the following:
                • Billing Address
                • Contact Name
                • Phone Number
                • Email addresses for both shipment notifications and accounts payable

User accounts will be connected to school or district accounts. A correctly linked user account will allow you to view all materials and additional purchase options in the Shop. You will also be able to create quotes, view order history, track shipments, and access all CPM sites, including our Licensing System and Professional Learning.
